Welcome to Official Plant Mommy. This website is operated by Official Plant Mommy LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.
2. Products
We sell living plants, seeds, plant care products, garden accessories, and home items, many of which ship directly from the brands that make them. We do our best to show accurate colors, sizes, and descriptions, but we can't guarantee that your screen displays them exactly.
- Living plants are natural products. Size, color, shape, and leaf pattern vary from plant to plant and change with the season.
- Seeds: germination and growth depend on conditions we can't control, so we can't guarantee results.
- Pets and children: some plants and plant care products can be harmful if eaten. Please research any plant or product before bringing it into a home with pets or young children.
- Follow the care and use instructions provided with each product.
3. Pricing and availability
Prices and availability can change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by an error or out-of-stock item, with a full refund.
4. Orders and payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the payment and shipping information you provide is accurate. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud. Orders can be canceled or changed within 15 minutes of purchase, as described in our Shipping Policy.

6. Third-party brands
We are an independent retailer. Brand names, logos, and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products we sell. Products may be shipped and fulfilled by third-party brands, and manufacturer warranties, where offered, are provided by those brands.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and layout, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit false information, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available," to the extent permitted by law. We make no guarantees that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Official Plant Mommy LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming and California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits consumer rights that can't be waived under your local law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
