Calathea 'Purple Rose' – Pet-Safe Pink & Purple Prayer Plant

The plant that looks painted. Calathea 'Purple Rose' has wide oval leaves brushed with rosy pink and silver on top and deep purple underneath. Its leaves lift at night and lower by day, so it literally moves with you.

Why plant moms love it

• Pet-friendly: Calatheas are listed by the ASPCA as non-toxic to cats and dogs.
• Light: medium to bright indirect light. Direct sun can fade the pink.
• Water: keep soil lightly moist, never soggy. Filtered or distilled water helps prevent brown tips.
• Bonus tip: loves humidity, so it thrives in a bathroom or near a humidifier.
